Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDARRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5 Clause (b) of the order dated 13.05.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9158 of 2021
2. This Court, vide order dated 13.05.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police every day daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirty days (30 days) and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 13.05.2021 stand unaltered.
