This petition is filed to amend the offence under sections as 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.87 of 2024 instead of Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.87 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.3504 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.3504 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024 and issue a fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3504 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024.
