C.M.P.Nos.10390, 10394 & 10395 of 2022 in C.M.P.No.2729 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.16044 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., These applications have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1383 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent, viz., Ramadoss; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent viz., Ramadoss and to implead 1.Selvi, D/o.Ramadoss, aged about 45 years, 2.Rani D/o.Ramadoss, aged about 33 years, 3.Sheela, D/o.Ramadoss, aged about 40 years and 4.Ezhilarasu, D/o.Ramadoss, aged about 33 years, all are residing at No.266, East Street, Kannadangudi (East), Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent viz., Ramadoss and rank them as respondents 2 to 5 in the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records available on record.
