(The case has been heard through video conference) The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2021 requesting to cancel the patta issued in favour of 4th respondent.

2. In view of the order is going to be passed in the present Writ Petition, which will not prejudice the interest of the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 are dispensed with.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that against the order of granting patta in favour of 4th respondent, the petitioner said to have submitted a representation before the respondents 1 and 2 on 09.07.2021 to cancel the patta for the property comprised in Old Punjai Survey No.633/6A2, New Survey No.633/6A2B situate at No.84, Orathy Village. So far, that representation was not considered and no order has been passed on it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of case, the 1st respondent Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
