By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner was appointed as Typist in the office of the first respondent on 02.12.2014 and she would state that she hails from Tuticorin District and her husband is working as Assistant in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Tuticorin and her two children are aged about 11 years and 8 years respectively and they are with her husband.

3.The petitioner would further state that she has to look after her father-in-law and mother-in-law who are senior citizens and they are suffering due to various ailments and in this regard, she has submitted a representation dated 20.05.2015 to the first respondent praying for transfer to Tuticorin and her husband has also made similar representation dated 22.07.2015 to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2015 and her husband's representation dated 22.07.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
