ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.369 of 2011 from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent.

2. Today, when the Criminal Original Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.369 of 2011, after completion of investigation, was referred as "Mistake of Fact" vide RCS No.9/2012 dated 14.06.2012 and the final report to that effect was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistratecum-District Munsif, Pappireddipatti on 27.06.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
