This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.36 of 2021 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Thiruvallur.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondents.

5. In such view of the matter, blanket Order for not to harass cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
