ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 406 and 506(1) of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2024 has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 24.02.2025.

4. In light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
