The above Civil Revision petition is filed against the order dated 04.12.2009 passed in MPSR.No.64 of 2009 in M.P.No.6 of 2003 in O.P.No.249/1995 by the State Consumer's Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai.

2. Both the counsel represented that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre and Mediation Agreement dated 04.03.2011 has been arrived at between the parties. Therefore, the revision may be disposed of as settled out of Court.
