..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the communication dated 28.05.2021 in Rc.No.5696/Security.Lic/2021 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to issue licence under Tamil Nadu Private Security Agency Rules 2008, for the petitioner's agency M/s.Sree Vinayaga Security Force, functioning at Old No.95/2, New No.40/5, Muthu Complex, Kangayam Road, Near Mariamman Temple, Chennimalai Post, Perunthurai Taluk, Erode District 638 051, by considering the application dated 14.03.2019 and resubmitted on 31.07.2020 on the file of the first respondent within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to issue a certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the communication dated 28.5.2021 issued by the first respondent and to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to issue license for petitioner's Agency, M/s.Sree Vinayaga Security Force

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to issuance of impugned notice dated 28.5.2021, the respondent authorities have passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

3. Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Govt. Advocate, this Writ Petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
