Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Proceedings issued by the impugned

order issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.6830/ A1/ 2018- 2 dated 19.07.2019 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.073775/ Ona / Iru3/ 2019 dated 17.08.2020 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service on notional basis with monetary benefits and other service benefits including retirement benefits as on date of retirement on 31.08.2023 along with payment of regular pension. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
