The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 144 days of filing this revision against order dated 21.08.2023 in P.R.C.No.26 of 2023 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate at Tiruppur.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
