Cr. No.141 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act and Section 24(1) of COTPA read with Section 123 of B.N.S. and Section 77 of JJ Act.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
