ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to complete the investigation in F.I.R.No.127 of 2021 and to file a final report before the competent Court of law within a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No. 127 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506

(2) IPC, till date no final report has been filed by them. 3.Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police shall file a final report within a period of three months.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is hereby directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
