ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 6.10.2015 lodged with the respondent police and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that for the similar allegation, a complaint was lodged by one Tmt.Sivakala, the Revenue Inspector and the same was registered in Crime No.1489 of 2015 for the offence under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Open Place Prevention of Disfigurement Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent has already registered a case based on the same set of allegation, the criminal original petition is closed.
