ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and file final report in Crine No.166/2015 pending on his file within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In the petition, it is averred that the accused one Vajayganth and Prasath have teased the petitioner's daughter Monisha, who was studying in Plus 2 and hence, she committed suicide by hanging herself. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.166 of 2015 on 3.6.2015. But, till date, the respondent has not take any action in the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.166 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
