Mr.B.Tamilnidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of R1 & R2 and Mr.K.Tippusultan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of R3 & R4.
2. It is noticed that the petitioner sent a representation dated 01.06.2022 and 03.06.2022 only to the Superintendent of Police and the Commissioner of Police, Salem. The petitioner may have a genuine case. Therefore, I am inclined to dispose the writ petition by permitting, the petitioner to send a proper representation to the second to fourth respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, second to fourth respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
Pending disposal of the petitioner's representation all further proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
