RAJATHI for M/S.D.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to grant extension of time with the condition imposed in CMP.No.6137 of 2021 in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1213 of 2021 on 30.03.2021.
2. On 30.03.2021, this Court passed the following interim order:
" There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant deposits 50% of the award amount with accrued interests and costs, to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
M.C.O.P.No.766 of 2019, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without any reference to this Court".
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, one month time is granted from today to deposit the amount. In case if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time the award can be executed.
4. If batta is not filed within three working days excluding today, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand automatically vacated.
