issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Order No.50454/II/2017 dated 10.05.2018 on the file of the first respondent, quash the same as illegal and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 1994.
