ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.726 of 2019, dated 05.11.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.726 of 2019, dated 05.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

3.Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of one month from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
