The present criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.447 of 2015 pending on the file of the third respondent either to the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

or to the second police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.447 of 2015 and a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.233 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.447 of 2015, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
