This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed applicant as legal representative of the deceased applicant in A.No.1827 of 2024. A.No.1827 of 2024 had been filed to restore the application filed to revoke the Letters of Administration, which was dismissed for default on 24.02.2021 in A.No.504 of 2020. Pending that, the applicant Thavamani, had unfortunately died. By this application, the legal representative seeks to bring herself on record in the place of Thavamani, she is the daughter of Thavamani. Taking into consideration that one fact, this Application stands allowed.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant in A.No.1827 of 2024 to carry out necessary amendment by recording the death of the applicant, Dhavanmani and bring on record her legal representative as stated in A.No.2670 of 2024. After the procedure is completed, the matter may be listed before this Court.
