This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 06.07.2016 and forward the same to the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.1709 of 2016 for an offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
