ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also submitted a letter dated 08.01.2016 to the Registry to that effect. Learned Counsel has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 08.01.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
