This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 02.05.2022 and 04.05.2022.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a breach of contract between the parties. He would further submit that the petitioners were called for enquiry and the same is pending.

4. From the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that it is only a breach of contract between the parties. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

5. The respondent police is directed to relegate the parties to the Civil Court.
