Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records relating to the order No.Ku. No.0073/ Me.Po./Se.Me.Pa.Va/Chengai/ Ni.A./Ni.Pe.5/V00.3/Ko.Thanikai./2021 dated 20.05.2021 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to refund the amount of Rs.98,488/- recovered from the petitioner and pass orders.
