CMP No.10787 of 2021 in S.A.No.979 of 2008 CMP No.10787 of 2021 in S.A.No.979 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J This application has been filed to record the death of the deceased 1st respondent, and bring on record the proposed Respondents 3 and 4 herein, along with the 2nd Respondent, who is already on record, as the legal representatives of the deceased First Respondent and rank them as Respondents 3 and 4 in the above Second Appeal. 2.Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondent and she has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, the application is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for arguments on 13.08.2021.
