Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the demarcation of boundaries and survey, as prayed for by the petitioner, though resisted at the instance of the private respondents, namely 4 to 12, it is represented that the survey after demarcation was amicably done in the presence of the parties concerned. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and that therefore, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. Without going into the merits of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, based on the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, there is no order as to cost.
