C.M.P.No.10813 of 2021 in C.R.P.(PD).No.688 of 2017 V.M.VELUMANI,J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 3 and 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd petitioner viz., E.Venugopal and rank them as petitioners 3 and 4 in the above Civil Revision Petition as well as in C.M.P.No.3481 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd petitioner died and the petitioners 3 and 4 are the legal heirs of the 2nd petitioner. He has filed death certificate of the 2nd petitioner, death certificate of wife of the 2nd petitioner and produced legal heirship certificate to show that the petitioners 3 and 4 herein are the only legal heirs of the 2nd petitioner.

3.Mr.Nagusah, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering this C.M.P.

4.Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
