Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in terms of the notices with Ref.Na.Ka.No.3385/U/2020, dated 06.01.2021 and 10.03.2021 and enquiries held on 21.01.2021 and 22.03.2021 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2020, in accordance with law and within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, he filed a complaint before the respondents 1 to 3 with regard to some fraudulent transactions entered into between the respondents 4 to 8 as early as on 20.07.2020. Pursuant to the same, an enquiry has been commenced by the second respondent District Registrar and the petitioner also appeared for the enquiry but so far no orders have been passed, hence the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions submitted that enquiry was concluded and final report has been filed on 20.07.2021 and a copy of the said order was also sent to the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate that enquiry has been completed and final order has already been passed, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8, once again, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
