2.The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry regarding allegations of irregularities made against the 4th respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2023. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he is a member of the 4th respondent Co-operative Society. It is alleged by the petitioner that there are lot of irregularities in the 4th respondent Society in supply of ration products to the poor, jewel loans and agriculture loans disbursed by the 4th respondent Society. The petitioner made several representations to the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into the allegations of irregularities against the 4th respondent. 4.
The main grievance of the petitioner is the competent authority, namely 3rd respondent, had failed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass suitable orders by conducting enquiry. 5.
dated 28.03.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
