Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 17.07.2015 (Enrollment No.3402957) in so far as declaring the petitioner as disqualified for participating in the physical test and quash the same and to direct the respondents to prescribe separate cut off mark for persons who studied in Tamil medium as per G.O.145 dated 30.09.2010 and to conduct supplementary physical test and certificate verification and to permit the petitioner to participate and to appoint him to the post of Sub Inspector with all consequential benefits.
