The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the parties have entered into compromise and arrived at settlement and filed a joint memo of settlement signed by the representative of the appellant as well as by the respondents 1 & 2 and also by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Insurance Company as well as the respondents 1 & 2.
3.Recording the joint memo of settlement, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. The joint memo of settlement shall form part of the decree. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
