Seeking for issuance of patta, which stood in the name of his father, in his name pursuant to memo of compromise filed in C.R.P (NPD).Nos.1149 & 308 of 2014, in which appropriate orders were passed on 24.07.2014, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.07.2015. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
