This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant, pending against the third respondent/accused, issued in STC No.191 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is the complainant in STC No.191 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur, for the offences punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. After receipt of summons, the third respondent did not appear before the Trial Court and as such, the Trial Court issued a Bailable Warrant and it is pending on the file of the second respondent. However, so far, the second respondent did not execute the Bailable Warrant against the third respondent and it is pending. 2/5

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to execute the Bailable Warrant against the third respondent in STC No.191 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the third respondent and cooperate while executing the Bailable Warrant against the third respondent.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
