Two representations were made by the petitioner, one to the respondent no.1 on 13.07.2015 and another to the respondent no.2 on 17.04.2015, basing reliance on the Settlement Deed dated 18.08.2006. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, though the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent no.1, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent no.2 to dispose of the representation dated 17.04.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to hear the petitioner as well as any third party, if so required.
