This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1594 days in filing in the above said appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent. Though notice has been served on the respondent, none has entered appearance.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1594 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.
