ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 430 and 379 IPC in Crime No.381 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found illegally transporting 2 units of river sand by using lorry. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are 11 previous cases against the petitioner. Hence, he would vehemently oppose for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Taking into account the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
