This petition is filed to amend the offence as Section 498A and 406 IPC instead of 498A and 506(ii) IPC in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8013 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Jurisdiction.
