This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation without any delay and further direct the respondent police to complete the investigation within the stipulated time in the case pending enquiry in Crime No.5 of 2015 on the file of The Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Nehru, Nirmala and Vettri @ Chandrasekaran for the alleged offence under sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC n 19.03.2015. But till date no action has been taken. Hence, he has come forward with the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court directs the the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 19.03.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.
