Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in orders in Crl.M.P.No.8812 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.341 of 2016 dated 23.08.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDHARSHANA SUNDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner / appellant.

2. It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that the petitioner has been appearing regularly before the learned XIII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai on the first working day, once in three months, as per order of this Court dated 23.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.8812 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.341 of 2016 and complied with the conditions regularly. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-State on the above submissions.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the petition is allowed and the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8812 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.341 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the said court on the first working day, once in six months at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

5. Petition is ordered accordingly.
