(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above criminal appeal before this Court against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu, in Special S.C.No.41 of 2020, dated 25.11.2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
