This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a complaint under Sections 451, 454 and 380 IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that this complaint has been given on 21.12.2014 and the direction petition has been filed only now. That apart, the complaint dated 21.12.2014 has been sent by post.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the house of the petitioner was locked in the year 2014 itself and produced photographs.
