Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents 1 to 3 for their wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P. No.4867 of 2018, dated 15.10.2019. Sub Application filed u/s 151 CPC to direct the petitioner to issue a post dated cheque of Rs.17,53167/- for the 1/3rd salary already received by her as per her undertaking dated 11.10.2019 made before this Hon'ble Court so that the Management will be enabled to hand over a cheque for Rs.62,48,785/- the amount of her entire salary including CPS, SPF, FBF and NHIS from the Government/General Accounts and or pass any appropriate orders.

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order in W.P No.4867 of 2018, dated 15.10.2019.
2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors, submitted that the order of this Court in W.P. No.4867 of 2018 has been complied with. Recording 2/3
the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. Consequent upon the closure of the contempt petition, nothing survives for adjudication in the sub application and, accordingly, the same is closed.
