Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of a Mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and pass orders based on the representations made by the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and pass orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2015.

3. The petitioner would state that he was appointed by the respondents Corporation as Supervisor on 27.01.2004. He was placed under suspension on 26.10.2013. The petitioner gave a representation dated 06.03.2015 to revoke the suspension order. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.S.Kishorekumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Nedunchezian, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

5. Though the petitioner, prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken by them to the petitioner.
