This Review Application is filed against the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5851 of 2023. 2.The grievance of the revision petitioner, who is the fifth respondent in the writ petition is that the observation made by this Court in paras 5 and 6 of the above order that enquiry has been conducted against the President / review petitioner and findings have been recorded as against the

President / review petitioner is factually incorrect. According to the review petitioner, even the enquiry itself is yet to be started before the District Collector.

3.Therefore, the observation in para 5 that the 'enquiry appears to have been conducted' and the observation in para 6 that 'having conducted enquiry against the President and certain allegations have been established' in the order dated 28.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.5851 of 2023 are directed to be deleted. The other portion of the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5851 of 2023 remains unchanged. The review application is closed accordingly.

4.Registry is directed to issue fresh order to the parties. 13.10.2023 TK
