ORDER

This petition for modification is filed with a limited scope of modifying the survey number as S.No.7/2 in stead of S.No.7/3. This Court is unable to entertain this petition for modification for the simple reason that the petitioner, in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, has specifically referred to S.No.7/3. Since the petitioner has come to Court with a prayer in the affidavit regarding S.No.7/3, it is not possible for this Court to modify the order. However, it is open to the petitioner to file a review narrating the facts that are now pleaded in this miscellaneous petition.

2.Therefore, with a liberty preserved to the petitioner to file a review application, this petition is dismissed.
