The names of the respondents are also printed in the cause-list today. Despite the service of the notice on the respondents, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. Hence, the respondents are set exparte by this Court.
2. The applicant is having the benefit of an interim injunction in
this application since 15.04.2025. While granting an order of interim injunction, this Court on 15.04.2025 has observed that the applicant has made out a prima facie case, and balance of convenience and irreparable hardship have also been established by the applicant. Since the respondents are set exparte by this Court, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 15.04.2025 is made absolute and accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
