Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, in particular, the 3rd respondent, to consider and dispose of the petition dated 8-6-2011 submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law by issuing patta after observing all necessary and required formalities within a reasonable time.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petition dated 08.06.2011, submitted by her for issuance of patta, after observing all necessary and required formalities, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2011 for the issuance of patta, the third respondent has not passed any order so far.
3. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2011 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
