This application is filed by the plaintiff for amendment of the plaint in the manner indicated in the Judge's summons.

2. On perusal thereof, it is clear that the amendments are in relation to the name and address of the defendant. The defendant has no objection to this application being allowed. Accordingly, A.No.2141 of 2022 is allowed and the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments specified in the schedule to the Judge's summons. Such amendments shall be carried out on the plaint on or before 29.06.2022.

3. After carrying out the amendments, the plaintiff shall serve the copy of the amended plaintiff on the learned counsel for the defendant within one week thereafter.

4. The parties are directed to file the affidavit of admission/denial of documents filed by the counter party concerned and draft issues at the next hearing.
